- President and founder of Shady Lane Expert Tree Care Inc.
- Founded the Ontario Commercial Arborist Association (OCAA) and served as President. This organization is dedicated to educating arborists and the public to bring arboriculture to the forefront in Ontario.
- Helped develop the Arborist Training Certification Program through the Ministry of Education and Training and the Ministry of Labour. This program provides qualified employees and raises the standards of the tree care industry.
- Past President of the Ontario Chapter of the International Socitey of Arboriculture (ISA). Also received a Special Achievement Award and Special Membership Award.
